You're not entitled to exactly the kind of woman you want.
You're not entitled to having your wishes fucking granted.

You are capable of manifesting what you desire with effort, dedication, grind, and attrition against setback.
Consistency and dedication to the craft trump talent.

A naturally good looking dude is just that without a fundamental understanding of women. He will not retain women if there is nothing behind the façade.
If you rationalize why some dude is with that chick (money, looks, luck, bullshit) look back at the last woman you saw that was approachable but you elected to fucking rationalize not approaching her.

You cannot get out what you have not put in.
You cannot win what you won't gamble.

Is your life interesting to you?
Is it self-gratification through mindless bullshit video games and distraction or is it filled with meaningful pursuits?
Do you quit when you start something and find that first or second wave of difficulty?


Fucking throw away your TV.
If you watch something, get on your laptop, make it a documentary or a history program.
Learn about life and living and the world.
Read a motherfucking book.
Cancel Netflix, Hulu, all that fucking shit.

Lift weights. Strengthen your body and your mind.
Fuck running unless it is sprints to increase your anaerobic capacity in your chosen sport.
If you need to run 20 miles, it's the apocalypse, the marauders will get you anyway, and you're better off dead.

Pick up a combat sport as a hobby (A real one: boxing, jiu-jitsu...not Tae Kwon Do)
The willingness to learn how to defend yourself and those for whom you care will change the way you interact with the world.
