Hiatus & Apologies

If you're reading this, it means I've been locked up for a relatively extended period of time. I will likely be back at the start of the New Year.
The blog will continue, but if you're reading this post I reiterate that I am currently unable to post and will likely be unable to do so until the start of 2016.

I've got some posts saved up that will come out each month or so until then but know that my notes from the underground have not ceased but rather I am a ward of the state and adding to my long list of formative experiences. I'll be celebrating my 3* birthday behind bars and I'm reminded of Jurgis in Upton Sinclair's The Jungle.

He's locked up for attacking the man who semi-forcibly raped his wife and behind bars comes to face the reality of a corrupy system that preys on ignorance, addiction, and poverty. A system that honestly does not care about him nor his family. He comes face to face with this reality and it dawns on him that he is in jail on Christmas. This will likely be the case for your humble narrator but actions have consequences and I can't say I want sympathy but rather perhaps the understanding that this is what happens to people like us.
Locked up in the box I'll be doing my best to put my program into action each day in an entirely negative place.

It will likely underscore lessons I have already learned but clearly didn't remember well enough to avoid returning as to the criminalization of addiction, the futility of incarceration for non-violent offenses, and the profiteering of jails and prisons.

Good luck and happy hunting.
I will post again upon my release, but as to who I will be and have become at that point...is anybody's guess.
