The Recipe for Success
Soundtrack:
Read books/watch documentaries.
Lift weights/exercise (not running or cycling).
Pick up a combat sport ( Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu et cetera).
Start learning how to eat healthy and cook for yourself.
Pick up a hobby (some form of social dancing/cooking/carpentry/figure drawing-WHATEVER).
Learn to be social without having to be drunk to be comfortable interacting with both men and women.
Kill your TV.
Fuck video games.
Go on the occasional trip out of your town/city/state/country preferably.

Recipe for success: don't take advice from this blog.
ReplyDeleteSeriously, why should anyone take advice from you when your life is obviously a mess and you're so unhappy? You talk about how if you do the same as everyone else, you'll get the same results. Ergo, if we take your advice, we'll get your results. The whole MMA/fighting thing is not for everyone and it fuels anger and hate. That is unhealthy. That is not good advice. There are other ways to stay in shape. There are other ways to become confident, and they are different for each person. I like reading your blog, but honestly when you give out advice, it seems foolish that anyone would want to try to follow in your footsteps.
